Shes basically saying that shes excited about and is gonna try her best for the shooting of a programme in the next day. What a funney part of this vid (as the guy who add it says) is that in the middle (around 40 sec) she says shes gonna do some stretching before going to bed, but it sounds a bit like she is saying that shes masturbating or shes gonna masturbate before going to bed. Watch out for the part she says "stretch shite nemasu" which can be heard "hitori-ecchi shite nemasu."
